I wrote an article on the Flow blog a while back about my attempts to follow an agile approach to software development and how some of the Flow tools can help you do that.

I also ran a live project recently with what I would classify as a semi-agile methodology. In some ways, it ended up biting us in the ass. Sign-offs were not forthcoming without a lot of pressure, despite our attempts to avoid holding the project hostage to get them, and things got pretty chaotic at times with constant demonstrations.

However, a lot of those issues would have been mitigated with proper infrastructure (amazingly, our dev server was also our UAT server!) and additional defined process.

Would be interested to hear others' experiences. Have you ever tried to run a TM1 project using an Agile methodology, and how did it go?
